Children sense energies even more intuitively than adults. It is therefore hardly surprising that the everyday stress of adults also rubs off on children. Not to mention that the little ones often live a 40-hour week from a very early age and grow up in a world that seems to spin faster and faster.

As an educator, I almost can't think of anything more valuable than for young children to learn to pause, to listen inwards, and to cultivate an island of relaxation within themselves.
